      I offer a full refund for any unused sessions within 15 days of purchase. If you purchase a package and are not satisfied after the first session or two, I will offer a pro-rated refund for unused sessions.

    • What are your coaching qualifications?
      If you're just getting to know me, know that I am not a "YouTuber" who started offering coaching. I am a psychology expert and coach who started a YouTube channel. Experience wise, I have been coaching clients for a decade and have now worked with clients from 6 continents. Education wise, I have a degree in Psychology and have completed many coaching training programs over the years.

      I have also walked the walk and lived many of the situations I coach on, such as making a big life change, coming back from a personal failure or low point, publishing a book, starting multiple businesses, moving countries.
    • Does My Purchase Ever Expire?
      Individual sessions, or packages, never expire although I would encourage you to use them in a timely fashion for your own benefit.
    • Can I Buy Now and Start Later?
      Yes, within reason (I don't know where I'll be in 2027). You can purchase a package now and start later. For the monthly packages, you can purchase now and delay our starting date (and payments, aside from the initial) for up to two months).
